"The Hayloft is a lovely property. It is very stylishly appointed - an extremely comfortable bed, fab modern bathroom and a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast. It’s very well located for visiting the Suffolk coast. Wickham Market has a a decent sized supermarket for provisions, a really good fish and chip shop and the Bengal Indian Restaurant was one of the best we have eaten at. "We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather."

"the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "This apartment is in a nice part of the country and convenient to many lovely areas to visit. The property itself is in a quiet courtyard and provides a parking space for the occupant. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of trash around the courtyard and it wasn’t well-kept, with discarded clothing, cans/bottles, and even unopened mail lying about. "Donna was a great host! Responded very quickly, and the check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful. The place was very clean and well stocked; a small kitchen with all the items you’d need, and the bathroom was very clean and well presented. I would definitely recommend, so lucky to have found this little treasure."
