"A wonderful little cottage that was cleverly designed and decorated. It was peaceful and tranquil and ideal spot to watch birds and wildlife from the conservatory whilst having breakfast. "The flat is clean and compact, located in a Mews. Very close to the Railway station - less than 10mins walk. Parking is free for initial 30min outside the gate - to unload. The Host provided permit for the weekend. The area also gives free parking, daily from 4:00pm until 10:00am the next day. It is also a 10minutes walk from the flat to the beautiful Town Centre of Bury St Edmunds "

Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. "We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather."

"the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "We had a really enjoyable stay in this delightful, well equipped, tastefulĺy furnished apartment. Everything was as described, or better! We found plenty of places to walk our dogs either close by or a short drive away. Aldeburgh is just an easy, short drive away - avoid the Regatta Restaurant unless you want indifferent food at a premium price! We are already looking at dates for a return visit. Highly recommend."
