"I have no real complaints - there was a fire station right across the street so there were sirens througout the day. Luckily they weren't overly bothersome to me. One of the (2) elevators was down during my stay. Parking is across the street, which was tedious at times, but ultimately not a big deal. The room was clean and the staff friendly, so I'd stay here again in the future."

"I was disappointed that the whirlpool was not working properly and the air conditioner did not cool off the room. Even though we had the thermostat at 66. Other than that,nice room and i loved the shower with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available in the shower."
