You can't beat the location and price of this motel. The room was basic but just fine and comfortable. It was quiet despite being right in the middle of the German Village with lots of places within walking distance. This is a motel with doors that open to the outside, but felt safe, clean and perfect for what we were there for. We came for a concert at the Palace Theater and it was a quick 10 minute Uber ride away.

The king rooms are really nice. I never have any issues when I stay here. The only thing that was weird, was when I was checking in the guy told me there is a $40 deposit. I stated when did that start, I’ve stayed here many times, and have never had to pay that. He said Ok…then handed me my key.

You get what you paid for like my dad always said . We got a really dirty shower had a dirty reddish hand print on the shower wall, old soap scum and soap chunks, the shower was dirty , bathroom floor was blackish and sticky I always wore shoes in the bathroom the whole time, dirty ass toilet had hair and pee on the seat and a bed that feel like your sleeping on concrete the coffee maker was nasty as hell so I couldn’t use that. Also there is no breakfast the website lied and the picture deceives you on the picture shows a little breakfast area by the front desk . it’s now a dirty old storage room with no breakfast in there by the desk. With all that said the room was very spacious the area was a safe neighborhood. Great location. they did have2 soaps I lotion and 1 shampoo container travel size , clean sheets clean towels and came and changed the garbage and fixed the bed when the cleaning lady did come . But there is no actually cleaning being done especially deep cleaning was never involved.

This was my third stay here, and I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Columbus. It’s clean, quiet, has a friendly staff and reasonable rates. And it’s right on the edge of Germantown, which is a great neighborhood to explore!

This might be the best motel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of motels. The rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the location -- in addition to being close to downtown -- is in the very pretty and pleasant German Village neighborhood. There is a variety of good dining and drinking options within easy walking distance of the motel. Great place!

The location is great, felt safe walking around during the late night hours. The hotel itself was not kept very clean and there was a smushed dead bug on our bathroom mirror. The hot water didn’t last very long and the room itself smelled musty and old. We booked a king bed online that was available, but when we got to check in, there were no king beds available anymore so we got downgraded to 2 double beds. Overall the location was great but that was the best part about this hotel. Not sure we’ll be returning.
