The lovely houndstooth wing back chair could definitely use some new upholstery, it was quite dirty. Now while I will admit that I am extremely picky, I don’t think the wear was acceptable for most anyone. The side tables at the doorway were also quite used. The parking accommodations were not to my liking and likely a deterrent...

"Nice place with nice front desk staff and bartender. Someone left their dogs in their room and the dogs were barking like crazy, but the front staff handled it very well, called the owners and there was no more barking. Bathroom was big (I had a two queen bed room) and the balcony was nice. Lots of city sounds and construction to watch. Walked the area, took the bus to south beach. Great location "
