"What a nice treat to be staying at this property. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe is relaxed and you do not feel that you are in an over crowded big chain hotel. It’s a nice revamped 80’s luxury hotel. Only complaint is that I thought the bellman service could be a lot better. When we arrived we had to fetch 3 suitcases up the stairs and into the lobby and the same thing on the way out. Definitely would benefit from some assistance next time! Shout out to the nice restaurant staff that allowed us to use their plates and cutlery when we ordered some Uber Eats to the room! We will definitely be staying here again!!"

"The check in staff was extremely helpful and the process was smooth. Rooms were elegant and clean with nice view. Access to the Clevelander was a bonus. All staff members made the experience exceptional. I would highly recommend. "
