"Room is very clean.Nice view of the city and water.Walkable to the cruise terminal,but you need to take a taxi or uber if you have big luggages,because the road goes downhill and with stairs.About 10 minutes to Circular Quay,Opera House and view of the Harbour Bridge.In the circular Quay there are lot if restaurants and it is nice to spend the day to sit around.Staff are cery accomodating and helpful."

"Wonderful location, clean, modern rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed there for just one night during VIVID and during check out, we reported a problem with the shower head that impacted our enjoyment of showers. The Assistant Manager listened to us and offered us free breakfasts to make up for it. Lovely gesture which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sydney. "

"So sat in the bed, it was extremely creaky. Really creaky. Went down to reception they moved us and changed rooms. It was smaller and the bed was the same. Really creaky. I really think staff and management should stay as guests. Having a laugh, I said just as well we are going to be romantic. We returned to our original room."
