Room beautiful, staff so friendly and approachable on anything you asked, required, or needed. Great and friendly checkin and check out. Breakfasts beautiful and an amazing variety. Had 2 meals in my room to enjoy time out and they helped with that. Light rail just outside the door basically, and right on Darling Harbour. Great trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful Location is excellent only 10 minutes walk to Darling Harbour. Rooms were clean when we arrived but during our stay they only did the beds and changed the towels. They don’t seem to vacuum or clean the toilet properly.
