Staff was very friendly and the location was great. The room had plenty of space for 4 adults. Although the room was clean, the couch and rug were stained and need to be cleaned.

Awesome location, room and pool were good. Fridge was dirty as was floor throughout apartment on tiles and carpet. Apartment only set up for 2 people for a 2 bedroom apartment, Plates and utensils light on. Overall good stay and very central to cbd, but room needed a good deep clean.

Love everything about my stay. At check-in, Michelle was very kind. My room was not ready (of course, I was way too early) but luggages were already delivered to my room upon coming back later in the day. The room was spotless and spacious for a "studio". Washing machine and dryer were powerful. Bed was soft but feels like cocooning once I settled in. And shouldn't forget about the bath amenities, good quality, and in the convenient package rather than the huge bottle nowadays. Last but not least, kitchen was well stocked with pans and pots and cutleries (while I didn't use, it's useful for those on long stay). Definitely worth coming back next time I'm back in Sydney. Thanks, team!
