Our room (412) had a bathroom door that wouldnt fully shut but that's a minor issue. Pool was heated with a huge steam room that you can use daily. Two jacuzzis. Chairs, bed around pool were superb. The room had a tv with Spanish channels, kettle with drinks tray and bottled water, hand wash , shower gel, towels, hairdryer and a safe (payable locally). The mattresses were firm but comfortable and we both slept well apart from the noise which could be heard from the other guest room's, not great if you are a light sleeper.
