Very late arrival and not given type of room booked, when pointing this out told rudely there was no guarantee that one would get the room requested &if we had booked with the hotel it would have been cheaper. Moved to a satisfactory room after making a complaint following morning, all other staff friendly & helpful. Immaculately clean but BE WARNED if you are a non smoker there is no smoking in the hotel but is allowed on the balconies, smoke drifted on to our balcony, so could not use it when this happened and had to shut door to prevent smoke drifting into room. Smoking is also allowed at outside tables which is unpleasant when eating and drinking

Pros: Excellent location, in front of the beach, lots of dining options around,10 mins to airport, souvenir shops. Reception staff are really helpful. Clean. Quiet. Cons: furniture a bit dated, can do with renovation. Overall: a good option. I enjoyed my stay. Good value for money.
