"This is a great place on a budget on the outskirts of Santa Ponsa the area a little rough to be truthful and a serious amount of steps to get up which takes its toll after a couple days ,the hotel itself is trying to accommodate all male and female groups and families with children with dont blend well , we had to put up with swearing and lots of drinking around the pool , can only put it down to the owners like the income stags and hens bring , big asset is the life guard she was brilliant and constantly watching the pool , would I go back no , the actual Santa Ponsa very nice and would return but other parts of Mallorca better im sure."

"Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice."

"As always the staff are brilliant! The only disappointing aspect was the vegetarian options. The few items they did have, were marked incorrectly. Went to the Teppanyaki restaurant, very disappointed. Prior to arrival explained 1 x vegetarian 1 x pescatarian. The chef was adamant that meant we ate anything except red meat! Not acceptable, for a hotel of this rating…"

"Great location close to a beach. Easy to go from the hotel pool to take a swim at the sea. Hotel locates on top of a steep hill, so walking to the hotel may require some fitness :) Has gym with quite new and good shape equipment. However, we would have apprecited a proper leg macine. Good room with a fridge and an excellent bed. We liked the open wardrope arrangrement (no doors but with drawers). Amazing sea view. Pretty new bathroom (but no toilet seat brush). No disturbing noise coming from streets or bars. Hotel’s sound isolation is not the best one. In our last night we suffered from noisy hotel guest slamming doors and speaking loudly. Very good brakfast. Also the snack/ lunch food at the pool bar was excellent. Even pool rules forbids reserving the sun beds, some hotel guests started to reserve the beds 1..2 hours before they finally come to the pool area. Other guests were kind of forced to do the same. Hotel staff ignored it. Overall we could recommend this hotel."
