We stayed for one week in Bonanza and we highly recommend it. A great hotel with wonderful service and the breakfast and dinner selection is lovely and delicious, the only comment is that water should be at least included with dinner rather than having to pay for a bottle every night. The location is also convenient, and the bus stop 4 to Palma is literally outside the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!

The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area.

I traveled with kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen compared to other resorts. Every single staff member I interacted with was patient, friendly, and professional. We had some issues with our booking when we arrived, but it was not the hotels fault and they quickly offered a solution for us. We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww! Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice. Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection of food, and a beautiful sea view through all the Breakfast floor. We definitely going back next time we visit Majorca!

I stayed for 11 nights and will definitely be coming back next year. Desiree from the guest services team is INCREDIBLE! She continued to go above and beyond to make me feel at home! Really loved the stay. The view, the breakfast buffet and the mini mart close by made it easy to stay at the hotel. It was about 40 mins on the bus from the city centre which was perfect for a day out of exploring. Some staff via telephone were rude and put the phone down when they didnt understand english and someone called at 12pm to leave the room when I had paid for a late check out but other than that the stay was very pleasant.
