No signs in the hotel to tell you where anything is and staff weren’t very accommodating to tell us anything upon arrival. Drinks in the suits bar where dirty and bar tender couldn’t make half the drinks for the all inclusive the food is also hit and miss

My daughters and I stayed @ the Leonardo Royal for 4 nights and enjoyed our time there. Wonderful breakfast buffet to start the day, friendly staff, beautiful views, property is pretty, walk to restaurants or supermercado. Lovely hotel on the cliff, great location overlooking the bay, close to the beach and local restaurants; not too noisy compared to closeby Magaluf. Very good food for a buffer, different every day, friendly staff. Price ok and very nice room with view of sea&pool (deluxe). Friendly, comfortable atmosphere, easy to reach by local bus from Palma airport. I'll definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay , we stayed in the delux room . Hotel staff were friendly and made sure our every need was seen to! The hotel and general toilets were always cleaned Food was excellent with different themed foods every night! Our only ‘complaint’ would be that the rooms are soundproof and you could hear people talking or coming in at different times of the day/night
