Door frame of the front door to our room was in need of repair/replacement - but was secure none the less. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was perfect and had all the choices we could have wanted with 2 young kids. Great location, quiet enough to never be noisy but close enough to walk to all the local amenities of Palma Nova.

The property was very expensive. We did like the hotel / apartment feature; however the rooms were not that great. We did like the proximity to town and dining. The breakfast was terrible. My wife and I agreed that if we were in our 20's and there was a large friend group going this hotel would have made sense since you could split the costs. As 40 somethings with teenage and younger kids it just had the wrong vibe for us.

Might be my own failing to read descriptions, but this property was not at all accessible. Stairs to check in, stairs to ALL rooms. We also had to call housekeeping to clean our floors after we had checked in because they were dirty.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Bus stop is right across the street. Many activities to keep you busy each day. The pool is awesome! The rooms were a bit tight with our luggage. The beds were a tad hard but not bad. The biggest drawback were all the party groups that tended to be loud at times, especially on the weekend. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating!

Swift check in by very pleasant staff, we had room in block b overlooking pool ,room was very spacious and clean, good kitcken with everything you needed, bedroom great nice comfy bed, bathroom spacious with the best p powerful shower i have ever been in. We had a problem with our transfer bus home David on reception was amazing went above and beyond to help us, would defo stay here again
