"The property was functioning, spacious and clean that served us perfectly throughout our holiday to Cancun. However except to get what your paying for, the immediate surrounding area is essentially an abandoned high street and abandoned mall, which can feel a little creepy at times. As long as your content with this and are not expecting a 5* resort then this place is perfect for a holiday to Cancun on a budget."

Great communication with concierge and easy direction/instructions for check in and accessing the room. Cons: shower has zero water pressure and trickles out. Minimal hot water.
