The food service staff was the best part of our vacation. However, room service was the worst ive ever experienced. I booked two rooms and they did not explain to me that the second room should be under another phone number in order to use it for room service, so I was enabled to place orders for one of our rooms. When ai went to the front desk to change the phone number, i asked if we wiuld be getting a new message on WhatsApp to use ot for room service, they said yes but that it would take some time. 24 hours later, it still didn't work and the front desk was still enable to help us. I then figured it out on my own, and we finally were able to place an order. However, these orders take 2 hours to get to your room. I experienced it in both of the rooms I booked.
The food options were great, but you have to make sure to make your reservations as soon as you arrive to ensure you get to try their dining options. They have pretty fancy restaurants included and that's what made pur stay worth it. Just make sure to bring proper attire for dining. Even the buffet was good. The only 2 options I was disappointed with was the Café, which was too small and not very appealing, and the Cevichería, because of their inconsistent hours. It would open late and close early (there's a calendar of dining options on their website). They also have free activities, which were not offered to us when we arrived, so make sure to look for it on their website to help you plan your stay.
