"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was in an excellent location; close to all the pubs, shops, etc. A beautiful old building with lots of charm. The AC was great the first night, however it wasn't working the second night. Had we not gotten back to the room so late we would've called them to look at it, I'm sure they would've had it running ASAP as they were very helpful there. Overall I would absolutely stay there again! "

It was a cold, rainy day & when we asked about the heat we were told it was off for the summer but hostess graciously turned it on so that we could get warmed up. "It did exactly what it said on the tin. Cheap, but clean and convenient. It's not the Ritz but it was really clean, close to the centre of town, free parking, plenty of space, and the staff were friendly enough. Would recommend and would go back!"
