"A beach side hotel complex. It's a bit tired and dated, and inconsistent in its facilities between rooms. Worked well for us and another couple for 1 night before heading to the international airport but would not have been our choice to stay at for an extended period. There are some restaurants at the moderate to higher price point nearby but if you want a supermarket or a wider range of eating options you will need a car or to walk for 20 mins or so."

"My husband and I enjoyed 10 nights at the Castellmar. The building is older and the bathroom could use a face lift but everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The deck off the living room was huge and we enjoyed our partial view of the sea. I would recommend this property for the price even though the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours. "

"Room small, not room for 2 persons bags, odor in room (masked w diffusers), shower didn't drain, manager/concierge gave us the worst room even tho we decided to stay extra night. However we still liked the hotel..maybe better room next time"

"The staff at this hotel are super. They are friendly and helpful. The food is basic in the restaurant, but adequate...I was just on a long airport layover. The night desk guy helped me call a taxi at 3 am. I would have been sunk without his help since my app refused to work. The only thing I didn't like about this place was it was so hot in the room I couldn't sleep. The lobby was hot too. Not sure what was going on with that, as it wasn't hot outside.
