"I loved how accessible this property was. Stairs and ramps or readily available. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Loved Access to the on-site pool. George and Fernando were friendly and Amazing. Loved going on nightly walks around the property and surrounding areas because I felt safe. Adequate lighting on the beach for night walks. "Room small, not room for 2 persons bags, odor in room (masked w diffusers), shower didn't drain, manager/concierge gave us the worst room even tho we decided to stay extra night. However we still liked the hotel..maybe better room next time"

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
