"The property is in a residential area. Big gate and on the post , a small signage of the hotel’s name. We spoke to someone on the intercom at the gate, the gate then opens. The property has a rustic charm. Some reviews we’ve read mentioned that the property needs renovation or updates. We think they don’t, it’s part of the charm (for us anyway, who are just visiting Italy). We only stayed for one night so didn’t get to use their swimming pool but it looks okay and romantic in the evening....

"Booked this hotel due to their pool, but upon arrival they said the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. However they still advertise the pool on here and use it as the main image. Since we arrived late we stayed one night but then agreed with the reception that we would cancel the remaining 2 nights and get a refund. "This was a perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk to historical sites, restaurants, shopping, vending machines, the fish market, etc. Max gave helpful information about local sites and restaurants. On-street parking and a parking lot were both within walking distance. The building and room were older but the location more than made up for that. "

"We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had easy parking. The hotel was so much better than I expected. The front desk checked us in early. Massimo was so friendly and could answer all our questions. He have us excellent directions to return our car rental. We never would have found it without his help. The room had a patio which we enjoyed very much. I would highly recommend this hotel. However the restaurant I would not recommend. It was super expensive and the food was not very good. "
