"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

The room was adequate for a solo traveller with 1.5 suitcases. It might be a bit cozy for a couple. The hotel overall is dimly lit from entrance, reception and in room creating a vibe, but can be a little tricky to see in the evening. I was on the 21st floor but I could still hear light traffic from the roads (it's not a busy district) -...

"The breakfast options were limited, however, the food did not taste as good. Few guests walked out since the photos on the menu did not look well presented. I just ordered the same thing 2 weeks in a row knowing that I will eat it. The coffee should be refilled often since the little cups are not even 6 oz and the waiters only fill half way."
