Amazing experience for the whole family
Everyone in our party (2 adults, a 3 year old, a 1 year old, and a dog) had a great time at the Quiet Cabin. The cabin was well-appointed and clean with everything we needed, including fresh eggs, blueberry muffins, coffee/tea, and AC. We enjoyed exploring the large property with private trails, scenic pond, fields, chicken coop, and more. The kids loved simple things like looking for bugs and pine cones, bird watching, and enjoying the campfire. The real treasure was Jim himself, simply the nicest gentleman around -- he even gave us tractor lessons. What a wonderful way to spend the long weekend, thanks so much!!

An absolute gem
This cabin in an absolute gem! The cabin and property are well maintained and the hosts give a lot of care into making sure you have everything you need to have the best and most comfortable stay possible. Host is super nice, provides a property tour (don’t be concerned about walking into the woods with the host, there are great amenities down the path!), and greets you with fresh eggs and muffins. The acceptance and accommodations for our dogs were top notch! The entire cabin property is fenced in and is suitable for dogs to roam without concern. For comparison, my dogs who stayed in the cabin are a 45lb red heeler and 20lb chiweenie. Cabin location is within 15 minutes of downtown Chatsworth and various hiking locations, lakes and ponds. The host graciously offered canoes or kayaks if we wished. 10/10 we will be back and we are telling every person we know to pay this place a visit!

A Warm and Welcoming Stay
The bar was set high right from the start, with muffins and fresh eggs provided by the host, and a tour of the property for myself and my dogs. If my dogs could post a vrbo review, they would share that they loved the trails and feel of this perfect Pineland property. It was due to rain during my stay and Jim asked if I needed to borrow an umbrella. And I definitely did! It ended up being torrential rain and we stayed warm, cozy, and dry in the cabin. There were so many thoughtful amenities: beautiful backyard lights turned on at dusk to create fantastic ambiance; spare dog leashes for us forgetful dog owners; a fantastic outdoor set up with grills, gazebo, and a fire pit; spare flashlights; bug spray (haven’t we all forgotten our bug spray!) and much much more. I wish I could spend every weekend at this beautiful cabin.

Really great stay
The goal was a nice calm weekend away and that’s exactly what we got here. Everything offered was great and Jim was a great host. Received fresh eggs and muffins and even got some tractor lessons along with my partner by Jim himself. Really enjoyed our selves and would even consider re visiting in the future. 10/10 experience.

Fabulous!
The cabin was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked as per the description and very cozy. We loved the quiet wooded setting. From the porch with the rocking chair, to the screened gazebo, as well as paths to walk, I spent much of my time outside. The entire place was extremely dog friendly which allowed us to keep our pet with us and relax at the same time. Jim met us as we arrived and gave us a tour of the cabin and grounds. He was friendly, helpful and laid back which further allowed us to relax. He was a perfect host, and was genuinely concerned that we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. There are also plenty of activities to be found locally for entertainment, but this visit we just chose to chill. I easily could have stayed much longer in this peaceful paradise and I definitely plan to come back!
