"Great breakfast!! The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if God permits us. The trains were easy to catch and get to Rome's Termini station. There is nothing I disliked about this property."

"The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. "Customer service was fantastic couldn’t fault it. Room was almost clean. The bathroom needed some TLC and a good scrub - which I tried to do. Shower was hot an powerful and towels were perfect! Beds were hard and pillows lumpy. Hotel was lovely and quiet and very safe. "

"We had ended up staying here for a very brief overnight as our hostel in center had bed bugs found the same night we were supposed to fly out of Ciampino. We arrived late and the staff were accommodating, the man set us in a nice clean quiet room and called a transfer to the airport for us in early morning. We were pleased to have somewhere to rest and the location to train is VERY workable if wanting to explore the city. "

The bed sheet was torn and surrounded by unmatching hand me down looking furniture. The glass door that led out to a shared balcony, did not lock and had a broken roll up screen, so we had to do the limbo to get out.
