We had an excellent stay. The rooms were excellent and clean. Staff was nice and welcoming. The location was great as well with great shopping and dining within walking distances.

Service can be slow and sometimes and you may not get something you request right away so it required some planning ahead. It is a hotel with a long history and survived the test of time. It’s a great area, close to the popular tourist spots such as hagia sophia, the blue mosque, sistine chapel, grand bazaar - all within walking distance. I had a decent view of the sea. The personnel checked in with me from time to time to make sure i was comfortable and i didn’t need anything. Overall it was a good hotel. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. If the service was more consistently prompt, I would’ve rated it higher.

"I loved that I can do everything in the hotel including shopping and the Indian restaurant was superb! But I didn’t like that the TVs were not smart. I couldn’t watch tv since all the programs were in Turkish language"
