The service was top notch, I liked Staff, they were very kind and polite to us. This is a huge + The room was clean, everything we needed was available. There were no bathrobes, but that's not critical. If you are a fan of large space, get bigger rooms. We had a standard room and so the square footage was small. By the way, the building itself was built in the 17-18 century.

Good hotel to stay and good location too with many shops near by and public transport just 5min walk. The day staff amazing always happy to help. However the night staff twice I needed help and both time they said someone will bring the item I need to my room and no one came. I had to go back down stairs to the reception to ask again or collect myself.

Very properly lighted - lobby, room, corridor. etc. Bottled water and tea/coffee are replenished daily. Helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to/from Taksim Square, but a bit far to/from the bus station from the Airports - street surface is not smooth, therefore, it is hard to walk to the hotel from the airport bus stop, dragging your heavy suitcase. Wish they serve breakfast.

Good for short stay. Professional service.

Very good experience with professional service by Oskan, Khizr and later Birol and a number of others seen and unseen (cleaning staff). I had known that the room I reserved was small but it sufficed for my short stay. The location is also convenient. While there was no breakfast there are many cafes etc nearby to choose from. The only negatives were the late night sounds from area clubs as well as somebody smoking close enough to my window to be a nuisance.

lovely little hotel in the heart of the city

Excellent location, and despite being in a noisy district near Taksim Square, I asked for a quiet room and was given one at the back, which was indeed very quiet. My room was huge and very comfortable. bathroom small but adequate. The rooftop terrace was superb, shame there was no bar in the hotel but there's a supermarket just down the road so easy enough to bring your own drinks. Shame they closed the rooftop terrace at night though, it would have been nice to sit up there with a drink in the evening too.
