A great place to stay. My 3rd time in Istanbul and i will definitley come back to Sura again. A beautiful courtyard makes this place rather special. Specious rooms, well equiped gym (although a proper spinning bike would have been a good addition), nice breakfast with a wide choice of food for any taste. But especially i would like to mention the service. It was impacable. Any request was dealt with promptly with politness and profesionalism and a big smile. What not to like.

I really loved the location & the staff. The only thing I did not like was the comforters were dirty with stains on them. Even though housekeeping would come daily the stains were still there meaning they did not change them. 😞however our trip was fabulous & I would stay there again just pls for future plz change the bedding. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely spot on with a very short walk to the blue mosque and square. The staff were kind, hospitable and very helpful with recommendations and booking taxis to the airport. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean - comfy beds! The pool area is a real hidden gem you almost forget you are in the centre of Istanbul. Cant wait to return!

Overall my stay at the hotel was good. They staff and location was great. I can agree with other reviews that rooms have wear and tear repairs that should be updated. Based on that I also agree I would not qualify this hotel as a 5 star. Breakfast was good and had variety.
