We had an amazing stay here. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They were very accommodating when we got there at 7 am coz of our early morning flight.

I stayed for my birthday, chose to go solo and the many staff members, so many to list, made it such an unforgettable, amazing experience, many thanks to all. Queen like treatment, the most comfortable beds and every request filled with promptness and many times proactively fulfilled. The spa services and treatment was the best ever! The hotel is overall great! The staff is incredible! The majority of the restaurants are 5 stars the Nobu restaurant is not anything close to the kind in Miami. It’s also without a doubt one of the worst sushi restaurants I have ever been to. It really needs to be replaced.
