"My mom, 89, wanted a place where she and her kids could be together in comfort and see something new. The Stone House was the perfect base from which to explore the west coast of Ireland. The house was creative and cozy and special. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone."

"We had a lovely stay at the Swallow Loft. It is a very unique property perfectly close to Galway’s city center. Peggy was very responsive especially with the issue with the humidity level we were experiencing in the place. I think this place is best for 2 people as the bedroom/bathroom at the lower level smelled a little musty. The overall cleaning looked ok but not fresh."

They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!"

"We didn’t think our trip to Ireland could get any better, but a last minute booking at the Burren Art Gallery proved to be a highlite of our trip! This is not your typical VRBO! This is a completely renovated Church from the 1700’s with a kickin’ sound system right in the middle of the Burren. We loved learning about the area, reading the hosts’ Burren information and visiting the surrounding sites. Super, super gracious owners brought us a food basket and made our stay really nice! Il faut parcourir une douzaine de kilomètres pour faire ses courses à Ballyvaughan sur une route le plus souvent côtière parfois assez étroite où circulent des autobus de tourisme. Si la maison est confortable et bien aménagée, elle aurait besoin d'un nettoyage général approfondi."

The location was great for us. 5 minute walk into town fir bars etc. the house is furnished to an exceptional standard All the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Beds were comfortable. Showers excellent. Overall perfect"

"Our family reunion of 6 stayed here for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing 450 year old Tower. We had meals and played games in the great room, viewed the sunsets from the rooftop ramparts and generally lived like the Royal family (minus the servants of course). It served as an unforgettable and spectacular setting for a long overdue reunion for our family. We would return in a heartbeat."

"Well located with 10 -15 minute walk to the hopping Latin Quarter and pub and groceries a few minutes walk away. Great parking options as we had 2 cars, laundry available and basic but functional kitchen. Basic amenities but great spot for our trip to Galway. Great communication from hosts and I would highly recommend."
