Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a King Suite with a bedroom and pull out in the separate living room for the kids. My only complaint was that the front desk was not allowing ANY late check outs, we were there for a swim meet and I needed a 2-hour extension (would have paid an extra fee if needed). Never been to a hotel where this was denied before. My older daughter was swimming in the morning and my younger daughter was swimming in the afternoon, it did not allow me enough time to pack up the room without missing my older child swim an event. Very unaccommodating for a mom traveling with 2 kids and spending $350 per night…. Also, Front Desk would not hold my pushcart in the back room, there were two suitcases already there and they said they were “full”. Told her I would be back in 15/20 minutes to pick up the cart, but she said no. Again, very unaccommodating for somebody spending $700 at a property for two nights.

I chose Hilton due to close proximity to Mike Conley hospice house, where my sister was enrolled. Unfortunately I had to extend my stay, since I sister didn’t pass away as soon as expected. After extending my stay and sharing my situation, I was told to come back after 11 to check in. UNBELIEVABLE where was their empathy, compassion, humanity? I was in shock and asked if she heard what I just said? I’m at my sisters bedside watching her die and you want me to come back?

This Hotel is super good, everything is very clean and the property is very nice, I always stay there when I visit my grandchildren in Clermont and the room with kitchen is very convenient, only the breakfast should be better quality

Totally displeased with the overall care of the rooms, Covid is mostly under control, still no freshening of rooms, bathrooms, always having to get more towels & toilet paper. The breakfast also had a lot to be desired, I don’t consider warmed slider buns a choice for a breakfast item!! What r u thinking, very disappointing.

The room was overall technically adequate and comfortable but not appealing in design. Bath was shabby with door paint only touched up and not fully repainted. One of the two elevators was not working but no ‘out of service’ sign posted. Desk staff was efficient but not very friendly. Lobby and breakfast area very pleasant.

Beautiful, newer hotel, in a good area with quick access to many stores and restaurants. Parking is clean and well lit. we had several dogs in rooms near us that barked excessively. At one point we did call the front desk and the barking was limited after. It would be nice if all dogs ended up in the same area of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic.

Went for my daughter's wedding in astatula. After a little annoyance with the front desk via phone, sent my fiance to handle check in. After that all was great. Property was accommodating and clean.

Quick Clermont trip
This is a great hotel to stay at. It’s clean and rooms are very spacious. The in room kitchenette is very helpful if you have kids. The rooms don’t have stoves but the induction hot plays offered at front desk is a great option. I love that there are two restaurants within walking distance in the parking lot if you need food. The on-site free breakfast is a plus! Delicious options to choose from when you’re in a hurry. No negative complains about my stay. The only suggestion for the hotel is to bring back daily housekeeping. It does make a huge difference when your staying away from home to have that experience and also have that Hilton touch. I also want to add that this is the first hotel that doesn’t give you one ounce bottles of lotion to share between two adults for a week! The in room full size dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, soap and lotion made me happy!
