"We didn't like being in the basement, it was the same last time. However, the staff was super friendly and attentive. There has been a renovation which got their old beds replaced into ones that don't feel as comfy, unfortunately."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The place is beautiful, the room was amazing. We had a couple drinks at the hotel bar which felt high class but welcoming! We didn’t get to go to the rooftop because we didn’t book, but hear it’s lovely. Would have loved a nosy though! Highly recommend this hotel, we will be seeking out another Malmaison for another stay in the future! We paid for the car park which was a great addition and highly recommend doing this. I do think there needs to be a ‘hotel car park this way’ sign as we did have to drive around the block a few times and ask someone who was outside the hotel where it was. But honestly, so unbelievably worth the money! Added bonus that it is available so early until 2pm the following day. Over-all, wonderful stay!"

"Stayed in the Clayton following a night in the Cork sister hotel a few weeks ago. As soon as I got in the bed I remembered it, the comfiest things around! All you need in the room, super friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast and nice little gym. Will always be my preference when in the area."
