"I visited Secrets and booked my trip as a preferred guest which gave me access to everything including the neighboring hotels. The food was great, drinks, fully stocked fridge with complimentary snacks, champagne, and alcohol. Excellent room service throughout my entire stay. I felt safe. I love that they had scheduled events throughout the day and night. I do believe if the room was a little more up to date, this would’ve made the stay a 10 hands down. I had the junior suite room and it worked out perfectly for me. My room was very clean. "

"The resort was extremely safe, family friendly activities, good dining options with an amazing breakfast buffet. Bottled water is brought daily…however I do recommend bringing your own sunscreen as the gift shop is very pricey. I ran out and had to purchase more in the gift shop and it was approx $43USD. My kids had a wonderful time, pool was great along with ATV rides and snorkeling. Coffee shop has the best coffee."

"Good hotel with an excellent beach with a lot of fish. The staff were very friendly and they keep the place clean. Good food in the restaurant and many choices in the buffet. I enjoyed the daily stretching class in the morning. "

"Awesome hotel right on the beach with some of the best snorkeling on the whole island. Our beach was private and was never very busy. Hotel staff was awesome and I booked a few different excursions through them and they were all great. "

"Not a better place to stay in Cozumel and frankly in my opinion anywhere in Mexico. The staff is outstanding, the accommodations are beyond expectations and the scenery and the mindset fiesta Americana put you in is like nothing else. El mejor! "

"There is so much to love about this resort! The grounds are outstanding. The food is way above average. The staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they need to do something about people who will put towels on chairs at the pool and on the beach and never show up all day! They need to go back to issuing just one beach towel per person so that you can't reserve a chair at the beach and then stay up at the pool all day."
