"This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. "I have wanted to stay at The Lorenzo for years and I finally had a reason, so we booked it! When we arrived the hotel had no power. This was nothing they had control over, but it was disappointing after a long drive to have to drive around Dallas for a couple more hours waiting for the power to return.
