"We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area."

"We stayed for 3 nights over the Easter holiday. My 13 year old granddaughters and 14 year old grandson enjoyed the location. The pool was nice and location to restaurants was convenient. The parking lot situation is a problem. Our car was towed as the parking pass was not immediately placed in the car. Only 20 minutes had passed from time of parking till time it was towed. The front desk could inform guests to immediately put pass in car. The tow company said they monitor the lot every 30...

The property has everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, sand toys, etc), but there are lots of things to do in the area as well. The owner Susan was warm and responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

She is exceptionally respectful, kind, responsive. The amenities is the condo are wonderful for all family ages. Our daughter’s families visited. "My daughter flew in for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. Loved having our breakfast outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Spending time on the beach and coming back into the condo was quick and convenient. Grocery store is a short distance away. I dropped her off Saturday afternoon at the airport and picked up my husband and it was a great little getaway and we can't wait to come back😊"

"Our second stay in this building, we had an oceanfront one bedroom condo that sits back bit still facing the ocean. We really liked it because of the quiet location of this co do in the building. Facility was perfect, no issues with anything, the location is so close to everything, groceries, bars, restaurants, and quick access to highway to travel to sights out of town the host Tricia was wonderful and answered questions immediately. Check in and check out were seemless, front desk personnel...

"Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place."
