"This stay started rocky but the receptionist made it up to us quickly. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the hotel was fully booked and struggling to get prior guests to check-out on time and therefore have rooms cleaned and ready. However, the young lady at the front desk was patient and calm, and we had a gorgeous room within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and luxurious and we enjoyed our stay. "We arrived shortly after midnight. There was a bit of confusion about our reservation, but eventually we got a comfortable room. The receptionist recommended that we use his service to arrange for a cab early in the morning to take us back to the airport, but we already struck a deal with the cabbie who was taking us from the airport. "Amazing trip. Great service and excellent overall ambience. Great effort by the team in providing an overall very close to nature experience. The Staff was equally amazing and I think the experience was greatly enhanced due to the smiling / service driving work attitude of these people. Amazing part of the stay was we could have our meals in any of the three property and still pay them centrally during checkout. Avin was a great safari guide.
