The hotel is a small complex containing a main hotels, several old detached houses which are rentable as an whole and range of duplex apartments. "We had the most pleasant stay at Casa mARTa! Fabrice was such a gracious host! It was so great having someone to tell us about the city and give us some of the local tips. Waking up to breakfast each morning was a perfect way to start each day. Our room had a lovely terrace that overlooked the valley also. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. I can't say enough good things about Casa mARTa and will definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to others!"

"Having requested a superior room with a good view, we were bowled over by the incredible views over the pool golf course and miles of countryside from the full length full height opening picture window all along one side of the room. The room itself had all the usual amenities inc kettle,safe,wi fi etc plus a full size fridge, microwave, robes and slippers. Pool area very well kept with heated pool and comfortable loungers. The evening meal was not so great but locally it was pretty and while not a lot was going on as it seemed devoid of people and places to drink or dine perhaps a little further afield was required not just walking distance. "The hotel is clean and convenient for exploring the beautiful town of Joyeuse on foot. The restaurant is excellent and I highly recommend having dinner there! The continental breakfast, which was a small additional cost, was also delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fairly basic, but very clean and it looks like the decor has been updated. Overall a very nice experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again."

Fun resort, but make sure to read checkout rules!
"A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after such a lovely stay - if we had known about the rules of course we would have followed them. The hotel should have written instructions visible within the apartment. After contacting the hotel to explain we were told in no uncertain terms that we had broken the rules."
