Beautiful hotel with a great pool and spa with great views of the area. Hotel rooms need better cleaning and could not book a table in the restaurant when arrived and no information on nearest restaurants.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, une belle chambre moderne donnant sur une vue dégagée et la piscine, très propre, et bien équipé. Le bar, le restaurant sont vraiment un énorme plus car la qualité des prestations est au RDV, le petit déjeuner était également très sympathique. Il y'a la possibilité de recharger sa voiture sur place (payant)

L'hôtel n'avait pas notre réservation sur l'application hôtels.com. J'ai due justifier comme j'ai pue, pour éviter de devoir payer 2 fois. Je suis aller au bout du monde avec hôtels.com sans souci, là je vais à côter de chez moi et j'ai un problème... J'avais appelé avant pour savoir si je pouvais avoir des peignoirs dans nos chambres, on m'avait dit oui. Le soir même négatif, j'ai attendu +1 h pour qu'au final on me trouve une excuse. Le petit déjeuner est bien copieux, le saumon est un plus. La chambre est grande, propre et la literie confortable. Juste 2 lits simple collé, moins agréable de dormir avec son partenaire.

Misvisende billeder

Vi bookede et standard værelse, primært da der var billeder af en altan med stole og bord. Det viser sig at billederne er misvisende, da det værelse vi får IKKE har altan! Vi gør personalet i receptionen opmærksom herpå, men de siger at der at billederne på hotels er fra et premiumværelse, men man får kun et standard. Vi spørger så opgradering, og vi får afvide at vi skal komme igen dagen efter. Det gør vi, men får igen afvide at komme igen… Problemet bliver derfor ikke løst, og det er et stort kritikpunkt fra os. En dag oplever vi at komme forbi vores værelse hvor døren er åben, men der er ingen rengøringspersonale i nærheden. Vi går igen og kommer tilbage en time senere, hvor døren stadig er åben og ingen personale! Det er meget utrygt for os, at man lader værelserne stå åbent ubevogtet så længe. Der var desuden en dag hvor der ikke blev gjort rent. Jeg giver kun 3 stjerner på miljøvenligt da toilettet løb, hvilket ikke er miljøvenligt.
