"This property is nothing but beautiful and in a peaceful location, though I would day some of the services in the pool bar area was not upto the standards one would expect as a 5 start resort. Furthermore, vegetarian options were very limited for lunch and dinners. Breakfast, however was excellent! Shoutout to Isabella on the reception desk, she was excellent!! "Well where do I start.... What a stunning hotel! It's truly beautiful with the lake as a focal point in the lovely gardens, the other side of the swimming pools. On arrival we were welcomed and offered refreshments in a lounge area while our registration was sorted out and the forms were brought to us. We stayed on the garden side of the hotel.
