Beautiful property. Well maintained. Wasn’t happy with the room. Our friends who paid for the same category room had a room that was double the size of mine. Also, we had a room that had a connecting door. While the door was locked, we were able to hear everything that was being said in the next room. There was no privacy. The walls were paper thin.

The rooms are large by American Standards. The buffet was excellent and high quality. Everyone went out of their way to be super helpful. The AC worked super well & the room. We had had a huge patio by the pool. Excellent for families and couples.

Beautiful property with an amazing pool. Everything was well maintained. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Parking is free and right at the front entrance. Included breakfast buffet was perfect with an omelet station and all other breakfast you could wish for. Sessions meal was exceptional and chef curated.

We loved that the boardwalk was right there to walk around the cliffs! We also loved all the pools available to swim in. The restaurant was fantastic and so were the servers! Overall it is good value for money I think.

The staff were kind and gracious. The property is exceptional and the food offerings were a pleasant surprise. We used a car service during our stay, but i did walk to a grocery store, so that was within range on foot.

This property is not a 5 star. It’s at best 3.5 stars. Our room was spacious and comfortable and mostly clean but there was significant mold around the tub. The water in the shower was luke warm our entire stay. The baseboard kept falling off in the kitchen when we tried to open cabinets. The curtains in the living area were filthy. It’s a nice property with lots of smmenitirs and a beautiful coastal walking path with amazing views.

The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The food and the service was mixed. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are friendly but one person in particular didn’t seem to give the same high level of service as others, and would automatically assume that we leave a tip (which is listed as optional). In fact the dining experience on 2 occasions was really really slow (as in waiting 45minutes for a dish of spaghetti bolognese, bread and goats cheese and a tomato salad, when there was around 10 people in the restaurant! And still they entered the amount in the card machine to include the tip!) you can easily get to the marina and eat at a nice restaurant for nearly half the amount. Location was excellent, the pool was lovely, and would probably stay again (although a refurb wouldn’t go amiss).

The property is definitely not a 5 star. It would be a 4 star at the absolute best. The room was nice and large and the kitchen is well equipped; however, the apartments are worn, the shower flooded the bathroom when used and the biggest issue is there was an ant infestation inside. They were all over the living room couch, which we couldn’t use, and in the kitchen. They said housekeeping used ant powder after we complained but the ants kept coming. We heard other people complaining as well at reception. While we still enjoyed ourselves it definitely didn’t feel like a 5 star resort. My review would be slightly higher if they called themselves a 4* and took the ant situation seriously.

We had a nice stay. BUT for the price it needs some sprucing up - cleaning, painting, fill holes, moth or bat in room should have been eliminated, the hot tub never worked properly - hard to be a spa without a working hot tub. Some staff need some customer service reminders - we got a lot of I don’t know when it’ll work as opposed to “we’reso sorry, let me give you a drink ticket”. Restaurant staff were terrific.

Property is away from the city centre so safe and quiet. Close to walking trails with nice views. Clean and well managed. Very family and children friendly so might not be ideal for those looking for an all adult vacation. Dining options were limited.
