"The property is well located (10 min walk from new town, 15 from old town) and the staff were friendly however it is in serious need of renovations. While it was practically ok, the rooms and corridors were very dull and basic. Good for a family holiday"

"OMG! There is a reason this hotel is 5 stars. My husband and I felt welcomed the second we walked into the hotel, we were immediately offered water and Jorge was quick to help us take our luggage to the room, he also showed us where the breakfast, spa and gym were located. Okay now onto the room, WOW. I promise you have never stayed in a room this beautiful. I mean besides the view that you have of the Algarve, the size of room is huge, bed is very comfortable and has a lot of pillows. Plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bathroom is also very spacious. You get robes, slippers and basic toiletries (razor, toothbrush. Toothpaste, shaving cream, cotton rounds, q-tips). Room also has a coffee maker and a mini fridge. If you choose to get breakfast in your package it is well worth it, it is more than just your average continental breakfast, there is an omelet and waffle station. I will be recommending this resort to everyone who visits Portugal :) "
