"The villa is relatively remote which suited us just fine. We met Marie for check in and was delighted with our choice. All the facilities worked fine, ample hot water and a lovely pool area which we really enjoyed. We barbecued twice and again there is a lovely outside kitchen and seating area. "

"The villa was beautifully appointed and felt authentically Portugese. The location was fabulous… a short walk to the Marina, Old Town and a beautiful long sandy beach. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. The salt water pool was a bonus. A very relaxing space. We even did a yoga session on the roof top terrace. Maria our host was very welcoming and communication with her was easy at every stage. We all highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again. "

They even suggested us various activities and restaurants. The Casa offers a lot of privacy and is at walking distance from services such restaurants and a mercado. We highly recommand."

"This is a lovely property that is very close to the beach and a 5 min cycle ride to Monte Gordo. There is also a nearby shop attached to a cafe that is perfect for essentials. The beach itself (5 mins walk away) is stunning and seems to go on forever. As is clear from the pictures, decoratively the house is a tad dated inside. For those who don't mind this, however, it offers a perfect Algarve beach house. Although the house has 5 bedrooms, the small living area would make it a bit of a squeeze...

"Great location!! 15 minute easy walk to the beaches, and it’s right in the center of town with stores and restaurants. Right across from the loft is a convenience store that we used almost everyday for snacks and drinks. Despite being close to everything we never heard anybody, especially at night. We were also able to walk to and from the bus station, but that’s a little farther and inconvenient with luggage. In unit laundry was very convenient too!"
