"We were very well treated by the staff and enjoyed our stay. Yes it is located near the core of town, which is very noisy at night, but if you don’t mind sleeping with the windows closed you will be fine. "

"We stayed in a three bedroom residence. It was spacious, traditionally decorated and well appointed with a full kitchen and washing machine & tumble dryer. The grounds are beautifully looked after with lots of grass for kids to play on. There are plenty of beds and umbrellas around the pools with pool towels stations in multiple areas. The beach restaurant has a fantastic view. All food is excellent but as expected expensive. Drinks are also expensive. There is a little mini market at the Residences but instead of using this i recommend you walk to the supermarket opposite the entrance which is well stocked. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pine Cliffs and will be back again."

"The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease."

"I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!! It was an unforgettable experience for both of us I would highly recommend it! Also a a huge thank you to Liliana who helped organise the suprise and helped make the trip so memorable."

"Had a great view of the pool and could see the ocean from our room on the fourth floor. Right on the strip, but we found it wasn’t too loud! Service from the hotel staff was very good, and a great buffet free breakfast. Room was clean. Loved it for the price! "
