The property has 4 bedrooms: on the first floor, 3 double rooms, one with a private bathroom and an additional shared bathroom. The ground floor has 1 double room with a separate bathroom. Additionally, on the ground floor, you will find the open-plan living and dining area, overlooking the marina.



The fully equipped kitchen is meticulously designed to elevate your culinary experience to new heights.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Fantastic holiday

Great holiday in a great villa with a great location. The whole family enjoyed, young and old and will definitely look to return. Villa was large, spacious, well supplied and suited all our needs.

Staying at Villa Dolce Vita was an exceptional experience for our family! The villa was luxurious and spacious, with beautifully decorated bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay comfortable. The highlight was the stunning outdoor area with a private pool and incredible views of the marina. We loved dining al fresco and soaking up the serene atmosphere.
