"On first reflection the villa appeared to be living up to expectations. However once entering the kitchen the stench was undescribable. It made us feel sick so we set about cleaning it which alliviated the stench however it put us off ever cooking in there. We tried to sit on the sun loungers however they were uncomfortable, brittle and felt they would break under pressure so we chose not to use them. We swam most days however could not stay in the pool too long as it was freezing. Therefore...

"When it comes to cleaning, you could not fit the times you had notified us. The family who rented before us had the same experience. In the house there was information about telephone numbers that you can be contacted on but no one answered. Later we learned that you communicated via WhatsApp. There was no information about this."

"Tudo, principalmente a excelente agilização por parte da agência em tentar com que tivéssemos uma melhor estadia depois da má experiência que tivemos nos primeiros dias na casa anterior devido a erros técnicos do próprio proprietário. Muito segura a casa, com ótima segurança, desde portas eletrônicas, a portadas, a grades, a alarme, ... Nas camas, são desconfortáveis e fazem imenso barulho, deveriam também de colocar mais camas de casal , uma vez que apenas existem duas e para famílias pequenas...
