Villa Lion Beach is the perfect retreat for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, located in a quiet area of Albufeira, just a short drive from beaches, shops, and local amenities. This spacious villa offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, with all the essentials for a relaxing and comfortable stay.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan living and dining area, perfect for socialising, along with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals at home. For entertainment, there's a dedicated games room featuring a snooker table and table football, offering fun for guests of all ages.



Upstairs, the villa features two en-suite bedrooms, each with one double bed and two single beds, plus a third bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, providing flexible and comfortable accommodation for families or groups.



Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with an optional heating feature (available at an extra cost), an outdoor dining area, and a portable BBQ, creating the ideal setting to enjoy sunny Algarve days in total comfort.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 11 guests.

From the 12th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
