All very efficient, cooked breakfast very poor, however cold items were very good, ie lots of fresh fruit, a generally quiet hotel, although not much by the guests, which of course is not the hotels fault.

The property is clean and quiet. Basic but more than adequate, large room and nice balcony. Breakfast was ok. Nice location and close to ocean walk that leads to Old Town and Marina. Had a lovely 3 day stay at this hotel.

Location, location, location. The location of the property, right on the beach and an easy walk to Old Town was excellent. Breakfast was good. Beds are not particularly comfortable. We stayed ten nights and found the beds quite uncomfortable as the stay went on.

The reception staff is friendly, polite and helpful. They ordered for me 4 different excursions around Algarve; one of them got cancelled, and my money was promptly returned. The furniture throughout the hotel (chairs, armchairs, sofas) are very comfortable and of high quality. The cleaning staff kept my room in good shape and well stocked with all required items. Excellent breakfast is included in the room rate. The location of the hotel is also excellent - close to everything in Albufeira, including the main city beach.

Service: 4/5 - Very friendly service. Great breakfast service too! Comfort: 4/5 - The bed was fairly comfortable and good community spaces. I found it odd they didn’t have a microwave in the room though. Coming during low season where restaurants were closed around the location after my late arrival didn’t give me the option to heat up my leftovers. Also I’d imagine they would have usb chargers but there were none. Noise: 5/5 - Thankfully not that noisy. Again it was low season when I came.
