It’s a lovely hotel and the staff was great, but would not have chosen this hotel had I known there would be a biker rally right outside the door. It did not make for a restful time - it was noisy and disruptive. Would stay at any other time NOT July 17 to 21.

The hotel itself was nice. We didn’t go in the pool because it didn’t look clean. We saw a few things in the water that grossed us out. Wish there were umbrellas by the pool, but we understand that may be an issue being in the rooftop. Faro in general is not what we expected, but the workers were kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The experience from check-in to check-out was fantastic due to the staff. Everyone is highly professional. We happened to be in town during a rooftop festival and the Event Coordinator, Nicole, reached out to us to let us know what to expect and how we can participate. We really enjoyed that experience with live Portuguese music and good food. Thanks for a great experience in Faro!

Checked at 11.00 and room was ready. Nice public areas and everywhere smelled beautiful. Room is minimalist but that suits us. Comfy beds with pristine linen and towels. Location is excellent. 5 minute walk to old town and the nearest bars and restaurants are 1 minute. Restaurant for breakfast was very good. Rooftop terrace and pool were really nice. Pool area not big but never seemed crowded. There was nothing complimentary in the room as the tea, coffee and water were chargeable and expensive in my opinion. There is a bus you can arrange to Faro Island beach, not sure if there is a charge as we preferred the ferry which is €3.90 return and more fun. Overall, lovely and will return if staying in Faro.

The check in staff (Bruno, Isabella and Wasco) were amazing! Friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and good service. The cleaning staff were friendly and always said hello. Great location! Close to the marina, old town and city center. All around, a great place to stay.

We were welcomed by the staff on reception and they all gave us good advice and helped to arrange trips. We were surprised how good the sound insulation was with the windows closed as our room was directly over a busy roundabout. The breakfast was as good as any we have had at continental hotels, and the view from the dining room was spectacular.

Very well located, clean and quiet - although a bit lacking in character - felt a bit like a business hotel. But the rooftop bar was lovely and breakfast options extensive and delicious. The staff dealt very quickly with our request for a twin room (as we had specified) rather than a double. A few irritations with the room - no plug socket near the mirror, and an annoying door stop in the middle of the bathroom. But overall a very enjoyable stay.

This property was situated in middle of old Faro with walking distance to every place imaginable, cafes , restaurants museums. Beautiful Praia de faro beach is a 10 euro Uber away with chairs and umbrellas available and restaurant Bars.. loved this place

The hotel is right in the centre of Faro, in front of the waterfront. It's modern, functional and has good staff. The dining room is on the top floor and has a very useful terrace/ veranda round it, ideal for an evening drink. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was the only meal we ate in the hotel and it was very good with a great range of food. The main snag with the hotel was that being central comes with a cost: the surrounding roads etc were very busy and noisy at night. We couldn't sleep with the window open and the air conditioning was effective but noisy.

2 out of 3 nights of the say, there were loud dripping noises from the vents. We reported this to reception and it appeared resolved but after it recurred and we couldn't sleep the whole night. When we told Reception on check out, they said as we are leaving they couldnt do anything and were most unhelpful. Its disappointing that the majority of our trip was ruined by bad sleep and poor hotel facilities.

Our only real issue was the party going on outside until past midnight on Sunday night after Portugal team won a game. Honking horns, nosy motorbikes, people yelling in the street outside our hotel from 10pm until after midnight.
