We decided to stay in Faro on our way to & from the Argarve and tried 2 large hotels next to the train station for convenience. Eva was a nice hotel but the street noise from garbage trucks and traffic woke us up repeatedly so the balcony wasn’t a plus - consider requesting the marina rooms.

Location was good and room seemed clean but hallway had musty smell. Room seemed like a lower grade room that was saved for customers that did not book through hotel. There was not a walkout balcony as pictured in the booking pictures. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice view.
