"I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours (flight delays and early flight departure on the following day) but it was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces). I commend the hotel for their excellent staff. "

Everything was A from the cleanliness to customer service and the food. Our housekeeping staff, Soban, was particularly attentive and made our stay very comfortable.
