"Room was excellent….housekeeping not so much…was hit or miss. Also AC continually broke down, and after being told motor needed to be replaced, 3 days later it was still not done, even after someone came by every day. They did make amends and offered a massage, but for a 5 star hotel, neither or the above things should have been an issue at all."

"Overall it’s convenient because everything is there, the beach, pool, restaurants & they have a mall that is at a walkable distance. The food in Bali is not good, but we never got sick eating at the hotel & eating at the plaza center. "
